Bay and share a lot of history in the community. "We
went to school here, our kids go to school here and we live
here." David has attended over 9 years of upper level
education, much of which has been in the South Bay's local
college and universities. He is A big advocate for education.
His father taught at UCLA and had taught at North Torrance
High School in retirement. Tina has received a credential
in the South Bay's local university system and utilizes
her counseling skills with great diplomacy in real estate
negotiation. That very credential has also opened up very
rewarding opportunities for her to truly give to the local
community in a meaningful way. Both David and Tina have
given years working and volunteering their time locally
for community based non-profit organizations in support
of the South Bay community. David holds a working license/credential
as a nurse/counselor and Tina, a counselor which have been
beneficial to them and others too. "We love our community
and know what it means to give to it." A dynamic counseling
